What the partner portal is for

D SCAPE's partner portal is where customers and partner organizations register to access account-specific services — such as license management, quotes, and ongoing support requests tied to your organization.

Step-by-step: registering

  1. Go to partner.dscape.tech/register.
  2. Fill in your organization details (company name, tax ID if applicable) and your contact details (full name, work email, phone number).
  3. Choose the account type that matches you — Customer if you're registering on behalf of an organization D SCAPE already serves or is onboarding, or Partner if you're registering as a reseller or referral partner.
  4. Submit the form. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you registered with.
  5. Follow the link in that email to verify your address and finish setting up your account.

After you register

  • If you don't receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder before requesting a new one.
  • Registration requests are reviewed before full access is granted — for a corporate account, this usually takes 1–2 business days.
  • Once approved, you can sign in at the same portal to view your account, quotes, and support requests.
