D SCAPE would like to thank everyone who joined “Build Your First AI Agent for Your Business with Microsoft Copilot Studio”—an interactive session designed to turn AI concepts into practical business applications.

The event brought together participants eager to ask questions, exchange ideas, and explore how AI and AI Agents can improve operational efficiency and support better business decisions.

Introducing D SCAPE and Microsoft AI Solutions

The session began with an introduction to D SCAPE and an overview of Microsoft’s AI products and solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Participants learned how organizations can use Microsoft Copilot Studio to create AI Agents tailored to their business processes, organizational knowledge, and operational needs.

The session also introduced the role of an MSP (Managed Service Provider). An MSP supports an organization’s technology environment on an ongoing basis—from consulting and system implementation to operational support and the management of secure, reliable AI solutions.

Building AI Agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio

A key highlight of the event was a live demonstration of how AI Agents can be created and applied to real-world business scenarios.

1. Turning sales data into executive insights

A sales data file was used to demonstrate how an AI Agent could process business information and produce a concise management summary.

The Agent could also be configured to deliver daily reports and notifications, helping executives monitor business performance without spending additional time compiling information manually.

2. Analyzing marketing plans and promotional campaigns

Once the sales data had been processed, AI was used to explore possible marketing strategies and recommend relevant promotions or campaigns.

The analysis could also consider current conditions and external factors that may affect the business, such as economic volatility or conflict in the Middle East.

This demonstrated how an AI Agent can go beyond summarizing internal data by connecting it with a broader business context to support more informed planning and decision-making.

3. Using multiple AI Agents to evaluate a project

The session also demonstrated a multi-agent approach in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Several AI Agents were assigned different executive roles to analyze a project or new business opportunity, including:

  • A CEO Agent examining strategic alignment and business opportunities
  • A CFO Agent assessing budgets, costs, potential returns, and financial risks
  • A CTO Agent evaluating technical feasibility, systems, and required resources

Each AI Agent presented detailed reasoning and recommendations from its assigned perspective. Their combined viewpoints provided a more comprehensive foundation for evaluating a project.

Turning AI Concepts into Business Applications

The session showed how Agentic AI can help organizations move beyond using AI as a question-and-answer tool. AI Agents can analyze information, carry out defined workflows, and collaborate with other specialized Agents to support complex business decisions.

🚀 Thank you to everyone who joined “Build Your First AI Agent for Your Business.” It was wonderful to see participants asking questions, sharing experiences, and openly discussing how AI can be applied and extended across their organizations.
